I just wanted to say that Belvedere Florist is the best.  I ordered an arrangement that I found on your weekly special email back in January.  It was half price – so I thought – why not….I was heading to my Mother’s house down the shore the evening of January 15^th…..

It was beautiful…birds of paradise, orchids…all my Mom’s favorites.

Well – it is almost one month from when I gave her the arrangement and orchids are still opening up.  She said a little water each day and the flowers in the perfect location and poof!

Incredible.  She emailed me the photo just yesterday.  So while she is stuck in the house until all of this white stuff goes away.  My Mom has a reminder that spring will eventually come.

Hi Adam,

We have been waiting to get our wedding photos to thank you for doing such an AMAZING job with our wedding flowers. The bouquets were beautiful and the centerpieces were gorgeous. We had hired a lighting designer to do lights for us at the church hall and he set up pin-spot lights on the orchids and made the already beautiful flowers look absolutely stunning. Many of our guests commented on how good the flowers looked.

Thanks for listening to my somewhat unconventional flower ideas and experimenting with sample bouquets. And thanks for taking such good care of our flowers. I know you post pictures on your website so I thought you might want a few of our pictures. I've attached a couple in this message and will send you a separate email with a couple more.

I appreciate you letting me know so quickly about the delivery schedule for Royersford today. I called and left a message on their machine telling my daughter to look for a surprise tomorrow. It really was my own fault since I waited so long to decide what to send. Then I spent the morning looking for a florist with fish ! LOL ! That is a fib, too…. I actually Google'd it and there you were ! To be sure, I have added Belvedere to my favorites list here at work and plan to do so at home this evening.

I just wanted to thank you for the dozen roses you delivered to my girlfriend’s wedding on September 10th. This was a very last minute order and you came through with flying colors. You must have had those roses out the door as soon as you put down the phone with me! The flowers arrived 10 minutes after the private ceremony and just before all the guests arrived. This was absolutely amazing and I’m told that they were beautiful. So thank you again. Timing is everything; you made my girlfriend’s day even more special.

I sent flowers to a friend recently, who had just had surgery. She called me to tell me how beautiful they were, even though they were one of your less expensive arrangements. I often send flowers to my aunt, who is in nursing home and the response from her has always been that they were beautiful. Dear Adam , 

The flowers for our Admin. Asst. arrived at 10:15 a.m., much to her surprise and delight. I am so glad the Small Rose Basket is an option as it is a perfect size, and having it 'wrapped' in a plastic bag with handles is also perfect, as our AA uses public transportation to and from work. The balloon is bigger than I expected, which is good! The driver called when he was about 10 minutes away to confirm the address and which entrance to use (we're at the Phila. Museum of Art).
All in all, you and your company get a '10'. Thanks so much!

I called you today from Seattle [Whidbey Island] as I wanted to thank you and your "mom" for providing such a great service to my friend Doug Smith who died on the 1st of September. Doug and I went to college together and he ended up in Philadelphia obtaining his masters degree at Fels School {The Wharton School].

He eventually worked his way up to Deputy Treasurer for the City of Philadelphia retired. I was going to send that funeral arrangement that you always send to funerals, and you talked me out of it. Instead you sent the Roses arrangement to his wife, Anne H. Smith. She called you as she was so delighted with your arrangement.

I finally got some pictures of Doug along with a picture of the arrangement you sent to her, and I was impressed with your fine SERVICE, your ADVISE---even though you would not send that monster stand to the house- but as my mother would say, "Prescott, Adam is correct, you listen to what he says."

Anyway, I called you today, and went online tonight as per your request to send you an e-mail as I feel like I have a special friend [Adam and his mother] in Philadelphia, who can guide me whenever I need a flower arrangement. As you can see I am NOT an experienced flower sender. Thanks for your help, your courtesy, your kindness, your understand, and your kind mother who put it all together.

P.S. I looked at the pictures [online] and they must be you and your family---it took me a while to find how I could e-mail you this. In this world today, so few people take time to smell the roses. That's why I sent this e-mail.

I am writing to thank you for great service.  I recently ordered a Christmas centerpiece through your website.  On the morning of the day I had requested delivery, someone from your shop phoned me (I'm in California) to ask if there could be any flexibility with the delivery date, because of availability of flowers.  I was able to agree to postponing the delivery because the centerpiece wasn't for a specific event.  I very much appreciated that your shop called to ask, rather than simply deciding either to make a substitution or miss the delivery date.  When the centerpiece was delivered the following day, my parents called me right away to say how beautiful it was.  They were quite thrilled with it.

 I have worked with other florists long distance, with not-so-great results.  Belvedere's superior customer service has won my loyalty for any future flower purchases I may  make in the Philadelphia area.  I will also refer other customers to you any time I have the opportunity.  Thank you so much!
