If the solution becomes cloudy, replace it entirely. If possible, recut the stems by removing one to two inches with a sharp knife.
Remove leaves that will be below the waterline. Leaves in water will promote bacterial growth that can harm the flowers. |

What is floral food and why use it? |

| Floral food is a combination of additives that help to nourish the flowers and discourage bacteria from growing in the water. It is one of the best—and easiest—ways to extend the life of your flowers. It is very important to follow the directions on the package correctly. Improperly mixed floral food can do more harm than good. |

Deluxe($25.00 more) does not necessarily make a huge difference in size, however it is fuller, more lush and may provide a small upgrade in variety of flowers-plants- or gourmet added to the item.
Premium($50.00 more) in most cases will provide a noticeable size difference from the as shown version except, for example, in the case of a brides bouquet, where it may include an upgrade in quality not so much in size. In most cases Premium would also mean changing size of container to also accommodate the upgrade in size.

Weekly specials are guaranteed to be lower then any other florist in the country. If you find a real local florist with a lower price, we will match it. Offer not always valid within 7 days of any major floral holiday. Also specials only valid while supplies last. Once sold out, the special is removed from website. If you received an email with a special coupon printed out, it is only valid while supplies last. Specials are changed and updated every week. Coupons do expire weekly however you can join our email list to receive future weekly or monthly coupons. Our guaranteed lowest price is for items in the "Our Specials" section only.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays, *except- we do deliver special for funerals only*. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

- Orders should be received in the AM in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be put on the 2nd delivery trip route and if at all possible and time allows, we will try our best to deliver it same day, if not, it will be delivered the next day.
- We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
- Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
