Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers at certain times of the year. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another similar color.

If you click on NO SUBS and we don't have the exact product you are looking for, we will email you & try to call you ASAP with a very similar option or special order your item for a different day. Some items may be out of stock and discontinued containers will be removed from website as soon as we are made aware of it.

If we do not here back from you before delivery driver goes on his daily route, and it is for same day delivery, we will go ahead and send something very similar to the design you chose, as we know you want to make sure your gift is delivered on time, especially if it's a birthday or anniversary!
